Muster is at 6:00 am at the Liberty Center, to depart by 6:15 am.
Registration for the event will close on Thursday, August 27th, 2026, at 9 pm, or sooner (subject to seat availability).
Emails and messages will be sent to registered participants before the event, confirming the trip and reminding participants.

The Liberty Center is a cashless facility. All trip fees must be paid electronically, in-center.
It is the participant's responsibility to be prepared for the trip. The Liberty Center is not responsible for items left behind during the trip or upon return.
Please abide by all guidelines and guidance given throughout the trip. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the trip and/or having to find your own way back to base. It is important to be prompt and communicate to make sure you are back on the vehicle and arrive safely back to base.
Trip leads may not be with participants at all times.
