Mainside Fitness Lap Pool Project Update, January 28, 2026:

We are excited to share a positive update on the extensive renovation of the Mainside Fitness lap pool. The project is advancing smoothly, and we are pleased to confirm that we are on schedule for the anticipated reopening in the spring of 2026. Our team is committed to delivering a top-tier aquatic facility for all members to enjoy.

A significant portion of the work has been dedicated to addressing long-standing structural issues and resolving persistent leaks. By correcting these foundational problems, we are ensuring the pool will be safer, more reliable, and built for longevity. In parallel, the pool basin is undergoing a complete transformation with fresh plaster and new tiling. This will not only create a clean and modern aesthetic but will also provide a smooth, durable surface for a better swimming experience.

Furthermore, we are performing a complete overhaul of the pool's essential operational systems. This includes upgrading the plumbing, installing a new, state-of-the-art filtration system for superior water clarity and hygiene, and implementing a significantly more powerful and efficient water heating system. This particular enhancement is key to our goal of providing consistent, year-round access to the lap pool, allowing patrons to swim comfortably in any season.
