Fee Policy

The Department of Defense establishes uniform child care fees each year for all Child Development Centers (CDC) and School Age Care (SAC) programs. Fees are based on Total Family Income (TFI) and apply to all children who attend care on a regular basis. This standardized structure ensures fairness, consistency, and compliance across all military installations.

Families are also required to complete an annual registration update to maintain eligibility for Child and Youth Programs. Updated forms ensure accurate billing, emergency contact information, and proper placement within age-appropriate programs.
