NEW CLASSES

AB Express
A short but challenging 30-minute class made to strengthen your core. Ab Express helps improve core strength, balance, and control through simple and effective movements. Perfect for anyone looking for a quick workout with strong results.

Bike Bootcamp
Bike Bootcamp is a mix of indoor cycling and strength exercises for a total body workout. You will switch between riding the bike and basic movements off the bike to improve overall fitness. The class moves at a steady pace and is a great fit for anyone looking for both conditioning and strength in one workout.

Glute Lab
Glute Lab is a strength-focused class designed to target and strengthen your glutes, hips, and lower body. This class uses simple resistance exercises to help build strength, balance, and stability. It is a great workout for improving lower body power and everyday movement.

Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness is a training session designed to improve everyday performance. This class uses simple exercises like lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bodyweight movements to help build strength, balance, and endurance. It is a great class for improving overall fitness and making daily activities feel easier and stronger.

Family Performance
Family Performance is a seasonal outdoor class held on Mondays and Wednesdays before the hot summer hits the central valley. This class takes place on the softball field and focuses on speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), power, and running mechanics. It is designed to help patrons move better, run stronger, and build overall fitness through simple drills and athletic movements.

Running Mechanics
The Running Mechanics Class is designed to teach proper running techniques and improve overall performance. A professional coach will be present to analyze patron’s running form and identify any movement issues, then provide feedback and corrections. This class is ideal for anyone looking to run more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and take their running to the next level. Join the class and start running with confidence.

Strength
A class designed for those who want to learn the principles of strength training, this class will teach you how to use the weight room, and how to plan workouts for yourself. So come on out, and build your gym confidence!

Family Fitness
Bring the whole crew and get moving together in our fun, all-ages Family Fitness class! Designed to promote health, teamwork, and active lifestyles, this class combines simple cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises that everyone can enjoy—kids, parents, and grandparents alike. Whether you’re playing games, doing partner workouts, or tackling family-friendly challenges, you’ll build fitness and create lasting memories in a supportive, energetic environment. No experience needed — just bring your family spirit and a smile!

Barbell HIIT
Power up your workout with our high-intensity interval training class that combines heavy-hitting barbell strength moves with explosive cardio bursts. Zumba®
A Latin inspired aerobic dance workout.  Easy to follow choreography incorporate salsa, merengue, hip-hop, soca, samba, and mambo. Join the party, and burn some calories!
