Group Exercise Schedule

Monday
5pm - Stages Power Spin
This is a power-focused 45-minute ride using the Stages power meter to measure distance, watts, and revolutions per minute (RPM). Power through distance, simulated hills, and endurance drills. Indoor cycling provides a Low-impact/High-intensity cardio workout.

5pm- Aquafit
A 45 minute mid-high intensity water aerobics class held in shallow water with a focus on cardiovascular endurance and resistance training.  Water provides multi-directional resistance allowing for a strong workout with low impact on joints and bones.  

6pm - Zumba®
A Latin-inspired aerobic dance workout. Easy-to-follow choreography incorporates salsa, merengue, hip-hop, soca, samba, and mambo. Join the party, burn calories!

Tuesday
6pm - Power Vinyasa Yoga
A blend of cardio and strength-building sequences that connect mind, body, and breath. Sure to make you dig deep and flow, we recommend you bring a water bottle. All fitness levels are welcome.

Wednesday
5pm - Rhythm Ride Spin
Pedal to the rhythm of the music. Burn calories, tone your legs and glutes, power thru resistance drills, and enjoy the ride. This class will leave you dripping sweat and feeling the beat! Indoor cycling provides a Low-impact/High-intensity cardio workout.

Thursday
6pm – Mindful Movements and Recovery (Yoga) 
A Warriors at Ease class is designed to soothe your body, mind, and nervous system with a low and slow hour of mindful supported postures and guided relaxation. A safe and welcoming class to be present, relax, and breathe. Feel free to bring a small blanket if you wish. 

Saturday
9:30am - Zumba®
A Latin-inspired aerobic dance workout. Easy-to-follow choreography incorporates salsa, merengue, hip-hop, soca, samba, and mambo. Join the party, burn calories!

Fitness instructors are available for command PT and FEP sessions upon request. Please see the front desk for details.
