BODY BOOTCAMP
Includes mid to high intensity body weight exercises, combined with interval and strength training. A high calorie burning class, designed to push you to your limits. All Fitness Levels Welcome!
9:00AM – 10:00AM
STROLLERS & STRENGTH
Full body training suitable for all fitness levels. Using H.I.I.T. and Tabata designed workouts.
5:00PM – 6:00PM
POWER SPIN
This is a power focused 45-minute ride utilizing distance, watts, and RPMs. Power through distance, simulated hills, and endurance drills. Low impact/high intensity cardio workout.
6:00PM – 7:00PM
ZUMBA®
A Latin-inspired aerobic dance workout. Easy-to-follow choreography incorporates salsa, merengue, hip-hop, soca, samba, and mambo. Join the party, burn calories!
Tuesday:
5:15AM – 6:15AM
PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
Designed to gradually increase weight/number of repetitions in strength training. You will learn how to lift smart and add strength and size to those muscles.
9:00AM – 10:00AM
TRX
Suspension training, that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX Suspension Trainer is a tool that leverages gravity and the users’ bodyweight to perform the exercise.
5:00PM – 6:00PM
BATTLE STATIONS
Get ready to man your BATTLE STATIONS in a heart pounding, hihg intensity workout! Work your way through multiple stations, testing your strength and endurance to complete your workout mission. Failure is not an option. Do you have what it takes?
