Muster is at 12:00 pm at the Liberty Center, to depart by 12:30 pm.
Registration for the event will close October 8, 2026, at 9 pm (Liberty Center closing time) and may close sooner, depending on registration spots and seat availability.
We will email and message participants before the event to confirm the trip and remind them of the refund policy and how to obtain a refund if needed.

The Liberty Center is a cashless facility. All fees must be paid electronically in the center.
Participants are responsible for being prepared for travel. The Liberty Center is not responsible for items left behind during the trip or upon return.
Please abide by all guidelines and guidance given throughout the trip. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the trip and/or having to find your own way back to base. Be prompt and communicate to ensure you are back on the transportation vehicle and arrive safely back at base.
Trip leads may not be with participants at all times.

*Eligible Liberty patrons may sponsor one adult guest (18+) for designated activities. Guest participation is space-available. Guests may participate but are not eligible to win or receive prizes.
