Orders are prepared in advance for your selected pickup time and are non-refundable if you don't pick them up.
For food-safety reasons, we will hold unclaimed orders only as required by applicable food-safety regulations and will discard them when they can no longer be safely served.
We will not replace orders that are unclaimed and discarded after the allotted time.
