Join us for the Break the Stigma 5K, a meaningful community event focused on raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention while encouraging connection, resilience, and support.
Whether you're running, walking, or simply showing your support, this event is an opportunity to come together as a community, prioritize wellness, and help break the stigma surrounding mental health.

About the Event
The 5K route will start and finish at Hanger 61 Theatre and welcomes runners and walkers of all fitness levels. Active Duty, Retirees, DOW civilians, and eligible family members are encouraged to participate.
This event is about more than a run. It's about creating a community where mental health matters, people feel supported, and everyone knows they don't have to face challenges alone.
Captain's Cup participation points will be awarded, and all participants are encouraged to show their support for this important cause.
