Take the field for the NAS Lemoore Captain’s Cup Flag Football League! Teams from across the installation will compete throughout the season in this intramural league, building teamwork, camaraderie, and competing for Captain’s Cup points.

Whether your team is ready to chase the championship or just looking for friendly competition, this league is open to all skill levels. Gather your roster and get ready for flag football action.

How to Register
Download and complete the team roster form.

Submit completed rosters to the Mainside Fitness Center front desk or email them to the MWR Sports Coordinator.

Important Info
League play runs October 20 through December 11, 2026.

Teams should ensure rosters are submitted by October 16 to secure participation.
