Muster is at 8:30 am at the Liberty Center, to depart by 9:00 am.
Registration for the event will close October 15, 2026 at 9 pm (Liberty Center closing time), and may close sooner subject to registration spots and seat availability.
We will email and message participants before the event to confirm the trip and remind them of the refund policy and how to obtain a refund, if necessary.

The Liberty Center is a cashless facility. All fees must be paid electronically, in the center.
Participants are responsible for being prepared for travel. The Liberty Center is not responsible for items left behind during the trip or upon return.
Please abide by all guidelines and guidance given throughout the trip. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the trip and/or having to find your own way back to base. Be prompt and communicate to ensure you are back on the transportation vehicle and arrive safely back at base.
Trip leads may not be with participants at all times.

*Eligible Liberty patrons may sponsor one adult guest (18+) for designated activities. Guest participation is space-available. Guests may participate but are not eligible to win or receive prizes.
