About the Event

Celebrate the Nation’s 250th Birthday at NAS Lemoore’s biggest event of the year! Freedom Fest Presented by Top Hook Realty will feature live music, family-friendly activities, craft and command vendors, food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display to close out the evening.

Bring the whole family and enjoy an evening of community, celebration, and patriotic fun at NAS Lemoore.

Looking to Volunteer?

MWR is accepting volunteers to support this year’s Freedom Fest through June 19th. 


Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers must:

  • Have base access
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to safely lift, move, and carry equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds
  • Be able to stand, walk, and remain active for the full duration of a 4-hour shift
  • Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including direct sun, heat, or light rain
  • Arrive on time for their scheduled shift and stay until the shift is officially concluded
  • Maintain a professional, helpful, and courteous demeanor with all attendees
  • Wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes
  • Wear the provided volunteer vest while on duty
  • Notify the Event Point of Contact at least 36 hours in advance if a scheduled shift cannot be fulfilled
     

Volunteer Shift Options

Volunteers may select more than one shift.

  • Set Up — July 04 | 12:00pm - 4:00pm (FULL)
  • Event Support — July 04 | 5:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Tear Down — July 04 | 8:00pm - 11:00pm

Craft Vendors

Participation Fee: $40 per booth space
Spaces limited to 12

Craft vendor participation is open to approved vendors offering handmade goods, artisan products, specialty items, and similar merchandise. Spaces are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Vendor Requirements:

  • Have base access
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Complete the initial vendor interest form

Additional Information:

  • Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies
  • Electricity is not guaranteed
  • A payment link will be provided after vendors are vetted through the initial sign-up process

Command Vendors

Special One-Time Booth Pricing: FREE Participation

MWR is offering complimentary booth space for Commands during this event. Spaces are limited to 10 Commands and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Command Vendor Requirements:

  • Have base access
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Complete the initial vendor interest form

Additional Information:

  • Commands must provide their own tables, chairs, and canopies
  • Electricity is not guaranteed
  • Participation is limited to approved Command organizations
  • Registration information will be provided after Commands are vetted through the initial sign-up process
