BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Sets up full service, limited service, and special party or banquet bars with the necessary bar service supplies. Keeps bar and equipment area clean. Keeps bar area stocked with supplies. Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. Helps mix and serve drinks under the close technical guidance of bartender. Operates a cash register. Irregular working hours will be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Performs other related duties as required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Must be able to learn MWR policies, rules and regulations and have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Knowledge of cash handling skills.
Must have the ability to recognize intoxicated or unruly persons and resolve problems or seek assistance if need.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
