NGIS Front Desk Associate, NF-0303-02
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES This position is located at the Unaccompanied Housing operation. The purpose of this position is to perform front desk and administrative functions for Unaccompanied Housing. This position may require working weekends and holidays, as well as, rotating shifts, often consisting of other than normal duty hours. Performs other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred 6 months’ work experience that demonstrates knowledge of basic principles, concepts, standards and regulations related to hospitality operations.
Must be skilled in the use of a personal computer and various software programs.
Must possess basic math and reading skills.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English
Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
