Welcome To Fleet & Family Support

The Navy's Family Readiness programs have been afforded the highest visibility, advocacy and priority. In practical terms, this has resulted in increased services to family members, increased individual assistance and consultation, more varied educational programs, more proactive outreach, and delivery of family support services in locations most conducive to family member engagement.

Fleet and Family Support Centers provides services such as relocation assistance, new parent support, deployment services, clinical counseling services, financial management counseling, family employment services, family advocacy and the transition assistance programs.

The reference to 24/7 appointment services is no longer applicable, they have limited hours as stated in new paragraph here:

The primary point of contact for the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) clinical counseling is the centralized scheduling email cnrswn91ffscscheduling@us.navy.mil or the phone number 1-866-923-6478. You can use these for scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments, and to ask general questions about FFSC services. The business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an expected response time of up to 48 business hours for emails.
