With an expansive and rotating selection of books to choose from, the KIMBL has something for everyone and is FREE to all with base access. In addition to a wide selections of titles to choose from, the KIMBL also offers the following:

- Hands-on Makerspace Crafts & Activities
- FREE internet access
- & information on other Kings County Library events & activities!
How to get your Library Card
Signing up for a Library Card is quick and easy- you can start the sign up process by completing the online registration form here
This application is for residents of San Joaquin Valley Library System (SJVLS) service area, and acts as a pre-registration that is valid for 6 months. Before you can borrow physical materials, you will need to visit your nearest SJVLS library (or the KIMBL on base!) with your ID and verify your account information.
For military members or deendents, you can use your local address to register!
